    whats the downside to feeding wheat germ oil over long periods of time if any?

    If there is no allergic reaction to the wheat, there really aren't any downsides.

    However, as Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, it can build-up to a toxic level eventually if too much is given ... therefore, I personally cycle the oils (like 3 days on, 2 days off, etc.).
