Rule 2042:
When rival outlaws are competing for the same money, there is nothing they won't stoop to, to make sure "they" get the money.
There are no rules; there are no "regulations"; there is no code; there is no honor in the illegal marketplace.
It doesn't matter who gets hurt, or what the extent of the collateral damage is, so long as the money gets to the schemer, that is all that matters.


Only people who conduct the majority of their lives doing things legally and properly can be trusted to follow a basic code of conduct.
