I have been using equate but has any other vitamins proven to be more effective since the book was written? I have a friend using Centrum.

I have been using equate but has any other vitamins proven to be more effective since the book was written? I have a friend using Centrum.

I believe Equate is a copy of Centrum, only cheaper.

I actually changed to the Equate for seniors as it had a more optimum calcium:phosphorus ratio.

All of these companies are prone to changing their ratios at times, so it pays to read the label each time you buy!
