I was told they don't like the taste of the dog food, they eat the poop to get the taste out of there mouth.

Something I find hilarious... I have a bitch who always eats her own stool , I hardly ever find a poop to pick up on her spot , but get this...sometimes I find dried up pieces of poop in her concrete food bowl ! Which means she either picks up her poop and places it in her food bowl "for later" , or that she does her business right in her bowl

I'm sure going to give this a try. I switched my bitches to the raw diet and she still is eating hers and my other bitches poop. Also, any rabbit poop that she finds. I heard that it could be because she's inbred. (Pure Redboy) Any takes on that theory?

How much are they getting and how man times a day? None of mine have. They are house dogs. When they shit in the house they get back on the couch. Kibble is supposed to have weird ass animal by products in it. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't digest, but smells like something is still there. I don't know if its possible to break the feedings into tow and/or feed more. Boredom may be another reason. I think a lot of high drive dogs get bored as hell and start doing dumb shit. Especially a redboy dog. Maybe if you can safely put a spring pole or something there. My friend got a dog from me. He would work branches all day like a spring pole.
