Hahaha, good luck getting a response from anybody on peds online! They are only good at taking your money, ignoring emails and letting inmates run the asylum.

Yes and, No rules. I had suspended new members from joining while I was working on the upgrade. But since I ran into issues I opened up the board until I get it resolved. I do screen everyone who joins, and they must be approved by me before they can register
Cool, I have a few buddies that was interested in joining after peds crashed. I'll let them know.
