We never considered ourselves a circle or a camp but it was three-four-five of us who pooled money together, looked at stuff together yet kept individual yards. We used each other to benefit one another but never had the same plan or depended on one another.

If I bet my money on another he still had all the decision making authority as the owner of the dog.

One of the back door benefits was we could place dogs and know they were getting a fair shake. We could keep just about a whole litter at each breeding yet only had to feed/chain one or two.

    It worked for us.

For the groups who had three-four-five go all in as one I have seen a bunch of them fail. Most of the time it starts out as one seasoned dude and some others in need of seasoning. Once the seasoning process was complete or near complete the younger dudes venture out. The older dude no longer has runners he has equals. Shit usually hits the fan right after that.

    But I do agree.

Never been on the negative side of compiling resources. I have tho seen it when it goes bad.

Friends lost, good dogs lost or stole/no access, money, and most important of all, the time lost. All the other stuff can be replaced. Time can't be replaced.

I know of a few. It happens.
