    Haven't used either, but I'm pretty sure RF1 has creatine in it.

    I wouldn't put any artificial creatine in a dog.

    Both will work.

    The best plan with any of the supplements is to read the ingredients and build your own.

    Either one of those can be made for pennies on the dollar in comparison to buying the 'brand name'.

    Jack did a Head-to-Head comparison between Peak II, RF1 and Vertex in 2003 in his Healthy Bulldog publication. Vertex won based on the information provided at the time.
