I never said dogs never need anything to compete. What I said is that there's no reason to completely outcross. Even though the dogs I have are more Honeybunch than Jeep, using a Bullyson dog would be an almost total outcross. I don't need that to compete with the dogs.

That seems to be the style and traits that my female carries .shes all around but loves the the head a mentor and a friend of mine classified her as being above average .she is jeep/redboy with a pinch of jocko on top and the bottom is redboy/snooty thru the mims and Leblanc stuff .she stooped a 1x winner on her first race and made her look like shit made her look slow as hell on the mill .i plan on breeding her to a well rounded jeep redboy dog when she comes in .well thanks everybody for the input

I use redboy/ jeep stuff here on my yard and I'm very pleased with what I have. One female has really stood out she is double bred rawhide on top( redboy/jeep) and the btm half is off some redboy/jeep dogs( ch. Wags Reba, Ch rising star rhino jeep, mims stuff, holland cherry jubilee) w a touch of Eli off deloach Stuff. She has proved to be a great working dog and now I'm hoping with the background she has in her ped she will produce also.
