6 was too much; we've changed it to 5 by default.

The issue may arise as to which name is most appropriate to use on a newly entered or existing pedigree. If you are unsure please post questions here.

I have run across some duplicate entries. The confusion has probably come from peds.

HTK, High Tower and Radecker to my knowledge is the same folks. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also I have questions as to which is correct on this bitch:

I think if you would put in a link to that dog in your request, you would get help with this quicker...
Common sense isn't so common these days.

    Everyone please take note!!

Dogmen's names that end with an "s" should be punctuated like these examples below in a pedigree:

    HAMMONDS'
    CHAVIS'
    CREWS'
    MIMS'
    SORRELLS'
    VOYLES'
    STEPHENS'

Dogmen's names not ending with an "s" would be like this:

    GARNER'S
    CLOUSE'S
    CRENSHAW'S
    COTTINGHAM'S
    DELOACH'S

Dogmen's names ending with a "z" or "x" should be punctuated like this:

    BOUDREAUX'
    FOX'
    RODRIGUEZ'
    COMEAUX'
    ADCOX'
    BIJOUX'
    ALEX'
    BOYZ'
    LOPEZ'
    ALAMENDAREZ'
    BBZ'
    BACK STREET TRUEZ'
    CORTEZ'
    CHAVEZ'

    Thank you for punctuating correctly!

ADBA made them remove "BITER" from their name it actually use to be "WHITE OAK BITER" so their dogs are listed both ways which obviously is confusing. They also have dogs that go by "Lenz" or "K. Lenz" and "Kay Lenz".

This will be an ongoing issue I believe.
