    ill be moved into my new place here within the next month or two, when i get my deep freezer and all settled in, ill be contacting my local meat sources and making connections in that......when i was on raw, after i got it all figured out....the dogs looked and acted theyre best!

    I have also noticed that his urine is lighter and it doesn't smell.

    My wife wanted to give raw to her dog and when he poops in the mornings his stool is hard small stool but as the day passes his stool gets mucusy, is this normal?

    Too much food. Or maybe too much protein.

    not all dogs switch from dry to raw without problems.

    give it some time.

    You where right, I cut the portion by 1/4 and no more runny mucousy stool.

    I thought if you were feeding a milk product such as cottage cheese, it could be causing the mucus. But most of the time portions that are too big will cause loose stool.
