There are companies that offer the chicken ground up with the bone included. There is a pet store near here where I buy some stuff and they have them. I forget the name but I remember the ingredients being really awesome but expensive.

And the worm comment is spot on. Parasites can prevent the best keep from working, even on a very willing dog.
