Wow, a gallon of salmon oil for $27.95..??? That is a great price!
I see it is sold to be used for trapping but I can't see why it would not be fine for the dogs too..
Thanks for posting the link.
Common sense isn't so common these days.

Damn. Great price. Will order some.
That is a great price, damn.
Salmon oil for trapping has always been that cheap. That's not a big secret
im interested in finding this out, if this is indeed the same thing thats on the shelves at the feedstores than ill definately be buying a few of these.......it just creeps me out comming from a trapping supple, steel brings a good point with the mercury...........
Well, l find out. I have a 32 oz bottle on the way.
I contacted the company above who is in South Dakota. They import their salmon oil from Alaska. It is wild alaskan salmon oil. Wild Alaskan salmon has very low levels of mercury. There is no additives in their salmon oil. No preservatives or antifreeze (which is commonly used in trapping so the bait doesnt freeze). It may not be as filtered as some other oils but i dont think a few chunks of salmon are gonna hurt anything.
