URINARY TRACT INFECTION
WHAT IS GOOD TO GIVE A DOG WITH A URINARY INFECTION ?
-
Which signs are suggesting that's what it is? The best way to clear the infection is to have your vet check a urine sample and put you on the correct antibiotic. Urinary tract infections are extremely painful and uncomfortable. There aren't any over the counter quick fixes.

Also talk to your vet about taking an x-ray to rule out stones.

Amoxicillin and Bactrim are most common to treat UTI dip his urine with a chem strip check for leucocytes and blood …. Blood in the urine usual indicates stones and pain. I’m not a vet just telling you from experience and education in a different area . Best bet though is to take the dog in.
