I talked to IM a couple of weeks ago . He said they did not get all of his dogs . Think the Hemphill dogs are with others anyway .

Last I seen he posted a photo saying request to dismiss issued by the judge and was waiting to hear back from his lawyer . His dogs that where in the shelter I believe all got placed into homes . Should ring him soon .

Just seen a post from I.M. , the judge ruled to go ahead with the trial . Wishing him the best . I believe his Hemphill dogs are safe and he saved some of his others he stated , they never searched his inside kennels .
