It is a mobile home axle concreted in the ground. I welded 'spokes' to the mounted wheel.

I drilled and bolted wood extensions onto the welded spokes.

I then used regular OSB board/plywood for the floor.

The carpet is rubber backed commercial carpet squares. I glued them to the plywood.

Really simple but an extremely effective tool.
