Okay, we have this amazing invention called Google, you might have heard about it
You just go to there and type "zar to dollars," and this magic link appears and you can plug-in $400 in the zar section and (again, just like magic) you get a $32.44 USD conversion.

It used to be $18, now it's about twice that.
Still a bargain for any dogman to buy, and have onhand, to save yourself a $500-$600 blood transfusion and/or the loss of a $2000 dog because they didn't.
